How the free trial works
- 1Create your account without a card. Your 14-day trial starts straight away.
- 2Use everything. Check-ins, messages, Delegates, and Recipients all work during the trial.
- 3Decide after. No payment details means no charge. Your account simply moves to non-subscribed status and check-ins stop.
If you add payment details during the trial
- Your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, you have a 7-day window to resolve it. Your service continues during that window. If the payment is not resolved, your account moves to non-subscribed status and Check-ins stop.
- Cancel online at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

A worked example
Three 3-minute voice messages, one for each of three Recipients, use roughly 10 MB in total, about 2% of the Standard plan. The same three messages recorded as 3-minute standard-definition videos use roughly 90 MB, about 18% of the Standard plan, or under 5% of the Premium plan.
